Introduction

In today’s digital age, pet care is evolving rapidly. Owners seek convenient ways to purchase products, schedule appointments, and access reliable services for their furry companions. PetAid was envisioned as an all-in-one platform to meet these demands efficiently.

Overview

PetAid is a responsive web application that allows users to:

• Shop for pet food, accessories, and grooming products.
• Book veterinary appointments.
• Manage user profiles, orders, and prescriptions.
• Review products and access service information.

The Problem

Users often need to juggle multiple platforms: one for buying pet supplies and another for booking vet appointments. This fragmentation leads to:

• Inconsistent user experiences.
• Difficulty in managing orders and appointments.
• A lack of trust and convenience in current pet care apps.

The Goal

To design an intuitive and cohesive interface that:

• Combines pet product shopping and doctor appointment booking.

As the lead UI/UX designer, I was responsible for turning the concept into a real, user-centered interface through comprehensive design thinking and research-driven decisions.
